Details on rear:-Its customers were all members from the rich people of the world(Indian rajahs, and the big names in sport and the nobility this photograph was given to my mother, M A Booth, who worked in the kitchens to get a meagre wage to help my fathers small allowance when he was on the Means Test, and had to keep going before the board of guardians.

HMS "Hampshire", leaving Tyne after completion. Cruiser. Built by Armstrong Whitworth at Elswick 1905. 10,850 tons, triple expansion engines. Max speed 22.4 knots. Armament - four 7.5 inch guns, six 6 inch guns, two 12 pounders, twenty 3 pounders and two torpedo tubes. Sturck mine off north Scotland on June 5th 1916, when taking Lord Kitchener and staff to Russia. A Warrant Officer and 11 men survived, other 643 including Lord Kitchener perished.
