To be sold by Auction, at the Black Bull Inn, Wolsingham, on Tuesday the 25th day of May, 1824, at 1 o'clock, T Young, auctioneer, the Stone Carrs Estate, in Stanhope Park Quarter, in the Parish of Stanhope, and County of Durham. This property is freehold, according to the custom of the Park and Forest of Weardale, and contains 55 acres of good land, or thereabouts; with a house, stable, loft, and two byers. The whole let to a respectable tenant, whose lease expires in May, 1825." Size 180 x 255mm.
