Bus

First bus to run from Blanchland to Consett owned by J E Walker of Edmundbyers. The first driver was Mr G E Sanderson on the left. The young boy could be Mr William Oliver. Taken outside the Lord Crewe Arms, Blanchland. Mr Sanderson drove the bus until the Venture Bus Co took over then he drove for Venture until the 1930s.
