Cocked Hat for police ceremonial duties. Black fabric, with silver wire decoration on front and rear peaks. Black flap with silver wire piping extends out of top and down right hand side. Secured by a silver button decorated with a King's Crown within a wreath. Belonged to Chief Constable Colonel St. Johnstone. See Notes.
