Derwent Colliery

General view of Derwent Colliery during reconstruction of winder and heapstead by Turnbulls of Heaton. 30th May 1908. Note: Egg ended boilers, timber, limbers and tubs. (Tubs identical to Spec. 1981-169.1 from Woodside Drift (Originally part of Consett Victory Pit). Suggests this was Consett Iron Co. tub pattern).
