Welcome to The People’s Collection. This is a work in progress, at present it includes a selection of photographs, oral history recordings, books and trade catalogues from the vast collection at Beamish Museum. During the next few months we plan to digitise even more of our collections and we’ll add these as they become available. Soon, visitors to the site will be able to upload their own photographs and add their memories to help us save the past for the future.
