2 Wheeled Milk Float
Horse drawn milk float. Possibly pulled by a Dales pony. Mr Brown purchased it from someone in Consett for his father in 1984. He renovated it so that his father could take it around the shows. Mr Brown senior died in 1986 having just managed to take it to one show. No other information about the other owners from Consett., , , , The wheels are 1.110 M diameter. It is approx 3.720 M long and 1.76 M wide. Marked :- A.D. Brown ( on the side ) and :- Dawdon Hill Farm - Seaham ( on the front ) this section is in gold leaf.

Childs Wheelbarrow
Half size barrow. ' M.A. ' on each side. Made by John Allison ( foreman joiner in Blyth Corporation Yard ) born at Consett, he died in 1938. The barrow was made for his grandson Mark Allison ( donor ) when he was 5 years old. The barrow is signed J. Allison. It was made in 1932.

National Union of Mineworkers Banner. One side shows Conishead Priory, other shows " Emacipation of Labour ". Date circa 1950. Has no neg numbers. Conserved by Lincolnshire College of Art, Oct 1983 until July 1984., , , , It was Bradley Drift banner, near Consett. New information from Redhills is that the lodge for Bradley Drift was either Medomsley, Eden, or Crookhall. 2.655 m x 2.440 m. Re- rolled 01/2006. To be re-rolled again 01/2011. The banner box is stored vertically at the far end of O11 rack in the RRC.

Display unit, mahogany, mirrored wall panelling and panelling for seating booths, red folding leatherette seating etc. Also 7 tables, cast iron base with marble tops. There is also an etched door " Private " , and two leaded glass panels, diamond design. Rossi's café was on the main street at Consett. See notes.

Consett Drinking Fountain - 1878
The 25ft - ( 7.619 m ) high drinking fountain was originally built in the middle of Front Street, Consett in 1878 to honour Mr John Gledstone who was responsible for bringing piped fresh water to the growing industrial town.
