Simonside quilt, 1904, Simonside. Gold sateen with reverse printed floral design in pinks. Quilted in strips of twist and running diamond alternately. Made by Mrs Helen Laidler for her daughter's 'bottom drawer.' Margaret Laidler married in 1904. Cat no 36. Size 2.49 x 2.34m
